Design office
Design, analysis and industrialisation engineers. They spend part of their time on the floor: that is what keeps the packages realistic.
Technical floor
Machining, additive manufacturing, cutting and inspection technicians. They take part in design reviews, before the part is frozen.
Digital and data
Industrial data architects, developers, OT cybersecurity specialists. They work on running installations, not on mock-ups.
DSSF Academy
Practitioner trainers: each also works on projects. A trainer who has not produced anything for three years teaches a trade that has moved on without them.
The team's track record
DSSF has ten people today. Before joining, its consultants led assignments for EDF, Dassault Aviation, Renault, APM Terminals, RATP and Rolex SA: board-level decision files, supplier mapping, sector diagnostics, port logistics flows, decision-support information systems, supply-chain audits.
