A part designed without its process is a part to redesign. We build machining constraints into the design and document the routing, the inspection plan and the tooling.

Component refurbishment

Micron-level scanning and 5-axis machining to refurbish a critical component, such as a steam turbine blade on an industrial site.

Obsolete parts, spare parts and short runs

When the original drawing is gone or the supplier has stopped production, the existing part becomes the specification: scan, CAD rebuild, validation, then manufacturing, up to short runs.

Machining and additive manufacturing

Depending on the part’s function, we combine 5-axis machining with metal or polymer 3D printing, with machining of functional surfaces and dimensional inspection.

Do you manufacture one-off parts or short runs?

Yes: one-off prototypes, spare parts or short runs, in metal or polymer 3D printing or advanced 5-axis machining. We start from your drawing, or from a scan of the part if the drawing no longer exists.

Can a part be remade without its original drawing?

Yes. Reverse engineering starts from a 3D scan of the existing part to rebuild a usable CAD model, validate a prototype and launch production, as with the timing gear produced in a run of 80 units.
